YOUR BODY will EMPOWER your MIND!

Work WITH your Nervous System, NOT against it!
Want to make it easier to put yourself out there and reach your goals?
Despite the fear?
Despite the uncertainty?
Despite the self-doubt and that inner critic that just won’t shut up?
Get MOVING!
Exercise.
Or dance to your favorite tunes.
Do something that uplifts you and gives you some positive endorphins coursing through your veins.
Then, when you feel awesome inside and out, when you feel confident, and you’ve got all those fantastic, happy hormones coursing through your veins…
That’s when you DO IT!
That thing you’re afraid to do!
- That person you’ve been dying to ask out.
- That RSVP you’ve been nervous about responding to.
- That big presentation that you’ve been secretly wanting to lead, put your name forward.
- That performance that the shy you has been dying to bust out.
Do it!
Take action!
Then bask in the afterglow of a job well done, of one rep fully achieved.
No matter how imperfect it might be.
This is how we slowly expand our comfort zone
Until we build the confidence to realize that we can learn absolutely anything when we work with our bodies, brains, physiology, and biochemistry — not against it !
Whenever you’re stuck in self-doubt, do NOT sit still.
Get out of your head.
GET MOVING!
Then do it!
Celebrate, and rinse, lather, repeat!
Now, take a Mindful Minute to reflect on your life:
What’s 1 thing you’re afraid to do?
Get MOVING, then DO IT!
Without overanalyzing.
Without censoring yourself.
It doesn’t need to be perfect. Progress over perfection.
Remember, you deserve to be the Authentic YOU.
